Taken in 品川駅 (Shinagawa station) on my way to get a work permit. In and out in half an hour- If what you want and what a Japanese bureaucrat thinks should happen are the same, getting things done is incredibly fast and easy here.
Also: I took this with my new camera, which is way fun. It's small enough to fit in a jacket pocket (a little big for jeans), but has a fast, wide lens and seems to deal with low light pretty well. I'll get a review up once I've played with it a little more.
Also: SAKK offered me an internship. Sweet! We're going to give it a go once I get my work permit, maybe mid-November (I think the most potential for doing good things there is the two-month break in early spring, though).
