Just found Frengly.com through the Japanese Lifehacker blog. Fast, easy translation between a good number of languages, plus language auto-detection for those times when you're not sure whether you're reading Chinese or Sanskrit. Keep in mind that like most machine translators, this site takes things pretty literally, so it's better for gleaning the gist of a message than turning an English essay into a Japanese literary masterpiece :-)
