Comcast rep: "I see that you don't have our Digital Voice Telephone Service. I see you do qualify, it's NOW available in your area, and if bundled could save you a ton from your current telephone bill. I would be glad to get more information on the promotions going on in your area if you like."
Me: "We don't have a phone in our house, so we don't need it"
Comcast rep: "Yes phones are included when you sign up for the Comcast Digital Voice Telephone services."
